SJP SUMMER SCHOOL 2008 WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 5-10 AUGUST in St Edwards School and Ballinode College, Clarion Road Sligo.
FEES €400 INCLUDE SUMMER SCHOOL and ENTRY TO ALL SJP CONCERTS DURING THE FESTIVAL!

SUMMER SCHOOL

TUESDAY 5 TO SUNDAY 10 AUG (apart from Thursday afternoon time off for leisure activities or practice!)

9.30–11am (Tues only) brief student assessment to ascertain levels

9.30 –11 am Lectures or special presentations weds - sat

11:15 am -1 pm Group Workshops

1 pm - 2 pm Lunch break (Lunch not provided)

2:15 – 3:15 pm Instruments - Masterclass (apart from thursday)
3:30 - 5 pm Groups

ACCOMMODATION DEALS

We had a uninimous vote of approval for YEATS VILLAGE accommodation last year and recommend it thoroughly. Accommodation is based on six participants sharing a house within a few minutes walk of the summer school venue.

ACCOMMODATION DEALS: Sharing houses in YEATS VILLAGE. Each house sleeps 6.

€100 single sharing a bathroom with one of the other occupants.

€180 for a twin ensuite room (For one or 2 people booking together, limited availability of one twin room per house)

If two people wish to share a twin ensuite room within the house there is limited availability, one twin per house, so let us know when you are booking. Otherwise its singles with two bathrooms shared between the other 4 people.

NOTE: SJP will not be held responsible for any accommodation problems that may ensue, we are merely facilitating students to allow them book accommodation and the summer school at the same time.
