SJP 2008

SLIGO INTERNATIONAL JAZZ SUMMER SCHOOL AND FESTIVAL, 5-10 AUGUST 2008

SJP 2008 is a unique festival of jazz, combining education, inspiration and entertainment for musicians of all ages. SJP is Ireland's biggest jazz summer school and includes a festival featuring line-up comprising mainly members of the SJP teaching faculty, all world class performers in their own right. SJP 2008 will feature a new commission on the opening night with Irish and international jazz musicians, two Grammy winners and great jam sessions each night. SJP Students get free admission to all festival concerts. All faculty members take one masterclass and two ensemble sessions each day and up to 2 live performances during the week.
